Supreme Court Ruling: Marriage Equality

In 2011, I completed a documentary about my father's journey to coming out as a gay man titled Time Dances On. I was inspired to make the film in the hopes that by sharing the positive story of my own non-traditional family, I might add to the collective voice of a generation that believes in marriage and family equality.

Today, I'm proud to be a citizen of a country that shares my values, and believes in making it possible for my dad to enjoy the same civil rights as I do. There's still a long way to go, but I'm proud of the progress made today.
