Anna Taylor founded a non-profit 18-month training program teaching women living in extreme poverty in Nairobi, Kenya to become certified tailors when she was just 19 years old. The graduates of her program produce her clothing designs for the runway. In this special sneak preview of the "Creating4Change" documentary, Anna heads New York Fashion Week, all to help women in Kenya.
